Privacy policy

This policy matches the scripts this site actually loads. The operator is the publisher of malamsamaopah.org. Contact [email protected]. There is no account system and no form that stores a message on our server.
What loads on the first page view
On the first page view the site creates three third-party loaders itself, without waiting for a click on the banner: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Adsterra. Only Reject stops them, as described below. The YouTube player is the one exception: its iframe is created when you press Play.
Google Analytics 4 uses Measurement ID G-9TJMN50CK7. The gtag.js file comes from googletagmanager.com and reports to google-analytics.com. It may set the cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id> (up to 2 years), and records page views, referral source, approximate location derived from the request, device and browser type, and interaction events. Google receives your IP address for coarse geolocation but does not log it. Google describes the processing at policies.google.com/privacy.
Microsoft Clarity uses project z98e9dj755. The tag comes from clarity.ms and scripts.clarity.ms, and reports to *.clarity.ms. Depending on browser and consent state, it may set the cookies _clck (1 year), _clsk (1 day), MUID (13 months), ANONCHK and SM (session), and records heatmaps, scroll depth, clicks and session replays. Form inputs and other sensitive fields are masked by Clarity before capture. Microsoft describes the processing at privacy.microsoft.com.
Adsterra is the advertising network: publisher 3403020, website 6179289. The Native Banner unit 32119551 and the Social Bar unit 32119552 load from bicea.org. Adsterra and its creative partners set their own cookies and local storage under names they choose, including identifiers used for frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and personalised advertising. Partner cookie names and retention are controlled by the partner; this site has no verified fixed duration for them. Adsterra describes its processing at adsterra.com/privacy-policy.
YouTube is embedded through www.youtube-nocookie.com, with player resources from Google/YouTube domains including youtube.com, ytimg.com and googlevideo.com, only after you press a Play button. The click builds an iframe that may set YSC, PREF, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE and CONSENT, and receives your IP address, the page URL and device data. Before that click the still image is a file on this site. Google describes the processing at policies.google.com/privacy.
Default load, Accept, and Reject
This site loads ads, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity by default. The banner is a notice and a withdrawal control, not a gate. When no choice is stored, the site writes an accept record and loads all three; the banner still appears so the choice is visible. Accept keeps them on. Reject stores a rejection, sends denied signals and reloads this page to end scripts already running. On the reloaded page and subsequent visits, the site does not create the GA4, Clarity or Adsterra loaders while the rejection is current. Previously set third-party cookies are not erased by this control. A later Play click still loads the requested YouTube video.
The choice is kept for 180 days. Cookie settings in the footer opens the banner again and replaces the record. Clearing site data in the browser removes it. If the browser sends Global Privacy Control, or a Do Not Track header of 1, the site treats that as Reject and does not wait for a click.

Your controls and contact
The default-on behaviour and the automatically stored first-visit record describe how this site operates; that automatic record is not a claim that you clicked Accept. Use Reject to stop the three loaders, or Cookie settings to change the choice. Hosting access logs may contain an IP address, user agent, URL and time for site operation and security.
You can ask for a copy of the correspondence you sent us, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Server logs, if the host keeps them, are the host’s access logs and are kept for a short operational period.
Personalised advertising and opt-outs
Adsterra may personalise the ads it shows. You can limit personalised advertising through adssettings.google.com, optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, or through the Adsterra privacy page. An opt-out does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant. Reject on this site stops the Adsterra loaders here altogether.
